La Texas Apartment Association emitió hoy una guía sobre los recursos para residentes de apartamentos en Texas que hablan español.
“Muchos residentes de apartamentos podrán entender mejor la información sobre los nuevos reglamentos d moratoria en los desalojos y los programas de asistencia con la renta que les son disponibles si pueden leerla en su lengua materna,” dijo Mark Hurley, presidente de la Texas Apartment Association.
“Esta guía también ayudará a los administradores de los apartamentos a comunicarse mejor y ayudar a nuestros residentes que necesiten asistencia financiera o de otro tipo, reduciendo así el estrés adicional que la barrera del idioma puede provocar en una situación ya estresante para todos.”
La Guía a los recursos para inquilinos ayuda a conectar a inquilinos que hablan español con información sobre
cómo encontrar la asistencia disponible, responde preguntas frecuentes y proporciona una lista de otros
recursos para orientar a los residentes de apartamentos en estos momentos de incertidumbre.

Se les alienta a los residentes que no tengan acceso al internet a que pidan un ejemplar de la guía al
administrador de la propriedad.

Texas Apartment Association Issues Spanish Renter Resource Guide
The Texas Apartment Association today issued a Renter Resource Guide for Spanish-speaking apartment residents in Texas.
“So many apartment residents will be better able to understand the many new rules on eviction delays and rental assistance programs available to them if they are able to read about them in their native language,” said Mark Hurley, president of Texas Apartment Association.
“This tool will also help apartment property managers better communicate and help our residents in need and reduce the stress language barriers can add to an
already stressful situation for all.”
The Spanish Renter Resource Guide helps connect renters with information on how to seek available aid, answers frequently asked questions and provides other resources to help apartment residents navigate these uncertain times.

Residents without Internet access are encouraged to request a copy from their property manager.
