La Prensa Texas is a community newspaper. We exist to give our community a place to tell our own stories. We are not a mainstream outlet chasing crime headlines: we name the problem, then we stay on the solution. Since 1913 we have lifted up our community by sharing our strengths, our history, our challenges and our successes.
