La Prensa was the leading Spanish-language newspaper circulating in South Texas until 1963 and was resurrected in 1989 by two pillars of the San Antonio community, Tino and Millie Duran. Now, La Prensa Texas Board will be following in Tino and Millie Duran’s footsteps by bringing San Antonio La Prensa Texas. Our efforts for La Prensa Texas is truly a labor of love for the Late Mr. Tino Duran.
