I invite you to join me in making the same New Year’s Resolution. This special note, which is so simple, yet deeply inspiring and profound, was penned by Jo Emma’s second cousin, Angelina “Nena” Casso de Salinas, who passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Her daughter, Tere, was kind and generous enough to share it with me, and now I would like to share it with you as our New Year’s Resolution. She told me that her mother carried this note with her all the time. If you are unable to read it, I have typed it for your convenience.

my every Day Count,

Rue the recent Past nor
