Yolanda Tello Dominguez was born on March 4th, 1951 in San Antonio, TX. She was called home on January 6, 2022. She was preceded in death by her son Guadalupe Alvarez Jr and father Raphael Tello Sr.
Yolanda was a hardworking, kind, caring, and loving daughter, sister, mother, grandma, great grandmother. There was nothing more she loved than her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She always made sure they had everything they needed and never went without. She had the biggest heart ever. She was always lending a helping hand to anyone in need. Her favorite thing to do was to dance. Once she was on the dance floor, there was no getting her off. Yolanda was young at heart and a happy, caring soul. Her passing has affected everyone so deeply. She will forever be in our hearts and be greatly missed. We miss you, Grandma.
She is survived by her mother, Nicolasa Caballero, brothers, Ralph Tello Jr, Jesse Tello and Raul Caballero Jr., sisters Anita Tello Repya, Hope Tello Robinson, Sally Tello Keen, and Lilly Tello Potts, Spouse Louis Rodriguez, daughters Sandra Alvarez April A. Rodriguez, sons, Louis A Rodriguez Jr, Thomas A Rodriguez Grandchildren, Eric, Ericka, Christian Hidalgo, Jessica Alvarez, Santiago Reyes and Amanda Ocha, and great-grandchildren, Eric Hidalgo III, Zayden, Alize, Carlos, Faith Martinez, Christian Hidalgo Jr, Thomas and iZayah Garza, Julius Martinez, Josiah Alvarez and by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Due to current limitations on group size caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask. Family and friends may rotate in and out and allow others to enter. Please be cautious of the health and safety of others. No food or drinks allowed inside.
Visitation will begin on Sunday January 23, 2022 at 10:00am at Delgado Funeral Home (2200 W. Martin St, San Antonio, Texas 78207) with a Prayer Service at 12:00pm. Service will conclude at 1:00pm.
