La Prensa Texas is proud to announce its partnership as the official print media sponsor for the 2024 Fiesta de los Reyes, held annually at Market Square in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2010, the Rey Feo Consejo Educational Foundation and the City of San Antonio have collaborated to produce this culturally-rich celebration, and La Prensa Texas is honored to be a part of this exciting event.
Fiesta de los Reyes is recognized as an Official Fiesta Event and promises attendees an unforgettable experience filled with daily and nightly live performances, an array of delicious Fiesta food, and exciting family-friendly events. Held at Market Square, the event opens its doors at 10 AM and closes at midnight, with extended hours until 1 AM on Saturdays. Admission is free, allowing everyone to join in the festivities.
Guests at Fiesta de los Reyes can expect to enjoy live entertainment from multiple stages, including a new jazz stage featuring a diverse range of music genres, including Tejano, Conjunto, Latin jazz, and Country Western. From timeless hits to contemporary favorites, performed by energetic cover bands, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to the vibrant music scene, Fiesta de los Reyes offers a culinary journey through Mexican cuisine, chicken-on-a-stick, hamburgers, fresh fruit drinks, funnel cakes, and new delicious Fiesta treats. With over 30 food booths to explore, attendees are sure to find something to delight their taste buds.
As part of the festivities, guests may even have the chance to meet this year’s Rey Feo, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event. Kick-off to the event is 4/19 at 11 am at Gateway Stage under the I-35 overpass.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please note that chairs, ice chests, glass bottles, and aluminum cans/bottles are prohibited in Market Square during Fiesta.
Introducing a fresh addition this year: the Spirit Garden at Milam Park, now open to the public. Please note that alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits, are exclusively available to individuals aged 21 years or older. Additionally, the North San Saba Stage boasts daily smooth jazz performances from 11 AM to 4 PM, while evenings are complemented with vibrant Latin music from 5 PM till closing time.
For those in need of transportation options, VIA Metropolitan Transit offers expanded Trip Planning services with new, easy-to-use features, or attendees can opt for rideshare services.
