This month, Telemundo 60 announced that Yahaira Hernández is now part of the Noticias 60 “La Autoridad en El Tiempo” weather team, as the weekend weather anchor. Yahaira’s first day on-air was Saturday, April 30.

Yahaira obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, with a concentration in broadcasting and a minor in digital media-motion media.

Prior to her arrival at Telemundo 60, Hernández worked at Telemundo Lubbock, where she served as a news/weather anchor and producer.
