The 34th Annual Alamo Heights Night® celebration was a hit at the University of the Incarnate Word this month. “It’s Party Time in ’09”®, as the event has been nicknamed (“09” being the last two digits of the Alamo Heights zip code), is known for its vast selection of eats from some of San Antonio’s favorite restaurants as well as traditional Fiesta fare. The mouthwatering selections were complimented by adult beverages in the beer and wine gardens. Two stages featured live music throughout the evening from bands such as Hotcakes, Skyrocket, Finding Friday, Ruben V, 323rd Army Rock Band and more. The festive atmosphere was family-friendly as the carnival midway captivated kids of all ages with new activities including a Rock Climbing Wall plus HumanHamster Balls, Laser Tag and more.

The Alamo Heights Rotary Club has raised over $2,300,000 in support of non- profit organizations and community service activities since its inception. Alamo Heights Night®, an official Fiesta® event since 2014, is their largest fundraiser, organized by over 100 volunteer Rotarians who head numerous committees and recruit 500+ volunteers to make the event a success. 2022 sponsors include Glazer’s, Frost Bank and Cavender Auto Group.

Special Thanks to Kim Arellano from the Seedless Agency and Rotary Members Kinsten Salazar, Mary Elizabeth Martinez and Mayor Suzanne DeLeon for the V.I.P. Tickets to Alamo Heights Night at Incarnate Word University. There were a lot of amazing long time friends as always and great fun too.
