The Edwards Aquifer Authority celebrated its 25th Anniversary at the Marriott River Center this month. General Manager Roland Ruiz stated it was attended by Staff, current and former Elected Board of Directors to include our very own Ramon Chapa Jr who served as an Elected Board Director representing his home of Comal County.
