La Prensa Texas was honored to be front and center at the LULAC District 15 Meeting. Our very own Community Liaison Ramon Chapa Jr, started the meeting by giving an amazing invocation. Then, Commissioner Tommy Calvert read a Proclamation kicking off LULAC Week and Month! In attendance were the who’s who of LULAC San Antonio.
