South Padre Island welcomed LULAC members from all over the State of Texas as they gathered for a weekend of meetings and planning their upcoming State Convention. La Prensa Texas Community Liaison and also proud LULAC Member Ramon Chapa Jr provided the exclusive coverage. The meeting was chaired by State Director Rudy Rosales who is from San Antonio. So many great long time friends are fighting for causes well worth fighting for, all in the name of helping Latinos improve their quality of life.
