Items Needed:
- Valid ID – Head of Household Only
- Social Security Card – Head of Household Only
- Active Lease
- Proof of rent owed (payment ledger, Notice to Pay, Notice to Quit, etc)
- Proof of financial hardship
- Copy of most recent CPS Energy bill
