Small Scale Big Change Auction Closes with In-Person Event Hosted at SAY Sí June 9

Let’s close out the Small Scale Big Change auction with a bang! This year we are excited to bring back our in-person event, where guests can mix and mingle with participating artists, and enjoy bites and drinks courtesy of TAQUITOS West Avenue, The Art Institute of San Antonio, The Lemon Girls and Oh Yeah Cakes! Wine served is courtesy of Southern Glaziers and The Well.

What is Small Scale?SAY Sí’s annual Small Scale – Big Change art auction returns! This event unites San Antonio’s arts community for an auction of 100+ local artworks, all in support of our tuition-free programs.

The auction began on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at smallscale.givesmart.com, with an in-person exhibition that leads up to the Final Auction Night event on Thursday, June 9, 2022. With art for every taste, community members can win and buy amazing art pieces from some of San Antonio’s most esteemed to our up-and-coming creatives – while supporting SAY Sí’s mission at the same time. The exhibition and auction will also feature select SAY Sí’s student-artists, who will be showcasing their works alongside some of their favorite mentors and role models.

Bidding & Raffle Information:

Starting Thursday, May 26, 2022, you can bid on artworks using a computer or mobile device with internet access at smallscale.givesmart.com. Art bidders can easily bid and claim artworks in support of SAY Sí’s tuition-free creative youth development programs. Remember, you can purchase artwork outright at the “buy-it-now” price up until noon the day before the final auction night. Throughout the auction, you can also participate in a raffle of select items curated by SAY Sí’s Small Scale – Big Change event committee.

Important Dates:
Thursday, May 26, 2022: Digital artwork bidding, “buy-it-now” purchasing and raffle begin.

May 27 – June 9, 2022: Artwork is available for bidding digitally (online or on a mobile device).
June 8, 2022: “Buy-it-now” purchases will end at 12:00 p.m.

June 9, 2022: Final Auction Night @ 6 pm – Artwork bidding will end at 8:30 p.m.
