Denise Perez is a San Antonio based artist whose work was recently featured at Centro Cultural Aztlan’s 15th Annual Mujeres de Aztlan exhibition: Persistent and Resilient. Her work explores south Texas culture and her family history.
Drawing from childhood, Perez shared her love for art with her sister, Lenise Perez. Today, they are both artists and art teachers.
