Millions of Americans are ignoring the advice of public health experts and traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is urging people to stay home and not travel for Thanksgiving to help prevent further spread of the coronavirus. In an advisory issued Thursday, the CDC said, “Travel may increase your chance of getting and spreading COVID-19. Postponing travel and staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others this year. “ What are you doing for Thanksgiving? Will you be taking the advice of the CDC? Let’s talk about it…

Armando Cantu: “That’s going to spread the Covid virus even more. We can only pray for people to make the right choices.”

Manny Santana Montilla: “I will be staying safe. It seems like anything else would be irresponsible.”

Melissa Pando: “Just me and my little family, turning into stuffed turkeys and lots of naps.”

Isaacjay Villanueva: “Smoking a turkey and spending time with the familia.”

Mary Svetlik Watkins: “Visiting my son and his wife.”

Robert Rodriguez Jr.: “Just cooking the turkey and the trimmings; something simple. Just me and my parents.”

Gene A. Gomez: “Cooking, eating, watching football.”

Anthony L. Green: “Sitting at my house, lol.”

Gary Zeinert: “Eating and watching football.”

Dennis Irish: “I have lived alone since 2008 with no family in Texas or nearby states. I just stay home and relax.”

Stefani Shamloo: “Sleeping & eating.. at home.”
